Does anyone know information about ear brackets used on a Simmons crib identified as Model 132294165?

I have an older Simmons crib, and the photo shown above includes ear brackets that were originally part of the hardware used with this model. These brackets were part of the crib’s original design and helped connect structural components during manufacturing.
