Here is my 34 Weeks Pregnancy picture. We got pregnant with Sweet Baby Jacob after six months of trying to conceive.

Then last December the 15th when we had lots of family in town for the holidays, we decided to just make it our own special night to make our hopes and dreams of conception come true. Imagine our surprise when it worked!

I know that compared to the problems that some ladies have getting pregnant this was pretty easy, especially for the first time to get pregnant. The six months were a little frustrating but it was worth the long wait.
I love my tummy and I always want to remember what I looked like with my son tucked safely inside.
