Part for a 1991 Simmons "Little Folks Furniture" crib - Model # 1213 91 113

I need Parts for a 1991 Simmons Little Folks Furniture Baby Crib. I have a 1991 Simmons Little Folks Furniture crib - Model # 1213 91 113 that obviously has a little age on it.

Parts for a 1991 Simmons Little Folks Furniture Baby Crib

When I was getting it set up so it would be ready for my granddaughter's arrival, a couple of the clip-in height adjustment stops snapped off. I am trying to find a source for replacing all 4 POST BRACKETS for the crib.

I sent an email request to the Delta Children website using the form on their Replacement parts page and hope they will get back to me but I just thought I would reach out further to hopefully tap into someone else's experience (and hopefully get a resolution) to this parts issue. Thank you for any help or advice you have to offer.

Delta Children Crib Parts Replacements
by: Anonymous

Because this crib is over 30 years old, the original manufacturer no longer produces or supports replacement parts for it. That includes the clip-in height adjustment stops and the post brackets that you mentioned. Even when a manual or part list exists online, it doesn’t mean those parts are still available new from the company.

You did the right thing by contacting Delta Children’s replacement parts team — if Simmons transferred the legacy parts inventory to them, they would be the most likely source of any remaining genuine parts. If they confirm they don’t have the parts, here’s what to keep in mind:

Structural components like post brackets and height-adjustment stops are critical to the crib’s stability and safety. Using improvised or non-OEM hardware can significantly increase the risk of failure when a child is using the crib.

Online marketplaces, salvage parts sellers, or hardware communities sometimes have used or photographed parts from the same model, but there’s no guarantee those parts meet current safety standards or are in usable condition.

If you can’t obtain the original parts from Delta Children or a verified source, the safest option — especially if the crib will be used for infant sleep — is to use a current crib that meets today’s safety regulations.

If you’d like help locating:

Or suggestions for current, safe crib alternatives with a similar style,
