Does anyone know of a place to order BSF crib parts? I need to find out who makes BSF baby cribs so that I can buy some missing wooden end pieces for a white BSF crib.

I am also looking for a place where I can buy a wood rail front piece for the Grace Set model in cherry/espresso color.

We misplaced the front rail piece when it was converted to a toddler bed last year.

We have all of the crib hardware and assembly instructions manual but no front rail!

I would also be interested in buying a conversion piece if another manufacturer has one that would fit this bed. Thank you in advance for any help/assistance.

I bought my BSF Crib from Walmart online.

I was not happy with it at all and needed replacements for damaged and incorrectly manufactured pieces.

I was unable to find a number where I could speak directly to customer service. The toll free number that they provide connects you to an answering service that takes your contact information so that they can have a form sent out to you which I have not received.

I'm waiting a while longer to see if they send the form to see if I can get replacement parts without having to dismantle the bed and take it back to Walmart.

The BSF crib was good looking and cheap but the poor quality and the lack of personal customer service make me wish I had spent a little more and spared myself all these problems.

Is it true that BSF cribs are manufactured in the same factory where Simplicity cribs are made?
