Thomas the Train Themed Nursery Baby Boy Train Theme Baby Crib Bedding Set
I found a great idea for how to decorate my baby's Thomas the Train themed nursery walls using a a projector to enlarge a picture that I got from a coloring book. Then I traced the picture on the wall and filled in the colors. After I was done painting the picture on the wall I arranged wooden molding designed to look like train tracks around the finished picture to frame it. Go here to see more

The nursery's wall paint color is a sapphire blue that matches Thomas the Tank Engine's colors perfectly. The baseboard of the baby's room is painted Leap Frog green and we painted the crown molding bright red; all colors were chosen to match train as closely as possible.
I used Thomas the train fabric to cover the light switch plate as well as a lamp shade that coordinated with a lamp base that was painted in corn squash yellow.
I used several yards of fabric to make Thomas the Train themed nursery curtain panels.
I painted an unfinished wooden dresser the same color as the acorn squash yellow and detailed it in sapphire blue. Our baby boy's room has hardwood floors and the bright colors accented them very well. His baby bed is white and the color scheme really make it stand out.
There was an unfinished rocking chair in his Thomas the Train nursery that I painted the same shade of red as the crown molding.
I have 3 sons this was the first baby boy nursery theme that I ever designed and I am very proud of how the room has come out! I'm now pregnant with our 4th child which we know is a baby girl. I can't wait to get started on her nursery that will be decorated in ladybugs using ideas I find here on Unique Baby Gear Ideas
