DRAGONFLY PICTURES

There are so many types of beautiful dragonfly pictures to choose from! The styles range from whimsical to vector art! I have framed black and white dragonfly photographs to use as nursery wall decorations in vintage black and white toile rooms and then again used very colorful dragonfly art prints in other dragonfly themed rooms. There are just so many places in home decor that these cute little insects can be used!

If the volumes are in less than perfect condition, you won't mind cutting out the pages that you want to display. If the books are in mint condition, I would hesitate to damage them. In this case, head over to your nearest copy store and see if you can get duplicates. If you already have your dragonfly bedding set they can manipulate the colors in your beautiful dragonfly pictures at the store for a perfect match!

Do you have a friend that is talented in the world of computer generated art work? If so, see if you can coerce them to create a one of a kind example of dragonfly vector art. Take your examples of dragonfly fabrics so that you can be certain of a good match with your baby bedding and nursery color scheme. What a fabulous and unique gift this would be! Be sure that the piece is signed and dated. This will be a keepsake that you will treasure forever.

Here's another tip for making use of dragonfly pictures in unique and different ways. Pick up a few dragonfly pictures or wallies and center them on appropriately colored mat board for framing. Do you have leftover scraps of dragonfly wallpaper? If so, clip out some of the dragonfly motifs and use these wallpaper cutouts in the same way as suggested above instead of wallies, decals or stickers. This will carry your theme around the room without overpowering your other decorative accessories.
