Simmons Crib Mattress Spring Rack

I need to find a replacement for our missing Simmons crib mattress spring rack. Simmons 1403 94 298 is the crib model number. The mattress rack is for a baby crib manufactured in 1995. I have all the other parts and just need the metal rack which has a metal rod on each corner of crib that allows you to position it at different height settings.
The rack is the kind with a metal frame and springs in the center and has a pin on each corner of the frame so you can adjust the height of the mattress up or down.
