Delta Crib Rail

I have called to order a Delta crib rail guide a number of times and the company keeps sending me the wrong ones! My Delta baby crib is missing one of the lower rail guides.

I have no idea where I can order one since I've called Delta repeatedly to try and buy or order a replacement.

Do any of the generic rail lifters that can be found fit Delta cribs?

Try calling Delta's consumer Care center at 800 377-3777, give them your model and lot number to be sure they have parts available. If they say that they have replacement parts maybe you could ask the company representative for an email address where you could send him pictures of what you are looking for as well as pictures of the incorrect parts that they sent you to eliminate as much confusion as you can.
