WHITE ON WHITE BABY NURSERY

I don't have it finished yet but I'm excited about my white on white nursery so far. I just put the final coat of paint on the nursery yesterday. In all, I had to go over the walls four times with two coats of primer and two coats of white paint.

The reason for this was that the bedroom was painted a deep Chinese red before we decided that we wanted a white nursery.

We have painted the walls a soft gray white with white wainscoting and crown molding. It looks so clean and fresh. My husband is now saying that the flooring needs to be refinished but there's no way I'm going to risk getting the walls of my white on white nursery dirty before the baby is born. Now I'm off to find a white crib and a white baby bedding set with a full gathered dust ruffle.
