This baby bouncer weighs in at eight pounds (8 lbs.) which is relatively lightweight. The light weight of the baby gear and the convenient handles on either side of the seat make it very portable yet secure with the 5 point safety harness unlike other bouncy seats. Its dimensions (32 x 15 x 19) allow plenty of room for baby to be comfortable without taking up too much floorspace.

The seat offers a 30 degree seating position good for babies with reflux as well as a flat reclining position good for sleeping. My girls seem to enjoy the upright seated position best even when they are asleep. When awake, they enjoy looking at toys (not included) that I keep fresh by rotation hung on the bar.

A speaking of the toy bar, it must be removed before the baby is placed into or taken out of the seat.

The seat is easy to keep clean since all fabrics seem durable enough to withstand the many inevitable trips through the laundry.

One of the features that I like best about the daybed is the attention to air flow around the baby. The latest research indicates that air circulation plays a big part in preventing the tragedy of SIDS so thumbs up to Stokke for getting this right!

At the time of this article, you can expect to pay $250 for the Bounce N Sleep Bouncer and another $200 for the Bounce 'N' Sleep Sleeper Day Bed.

Some moms that I know claim that the seat has the power to turn even the most reluctant baby into a huge fan of naps. To my knowledge, there's nothing in any of the Stokke Bounce and Sleep Baby Seat Reviews that says this baby seat is capable of casting magic spells so I would take those opinions with a grain of salt.

In my opinion, every baby is different and will sleep on their own schedule and that the Stokke Bounce N Sleep Bouncer is, because of its easily transportable nature, one of the top rated baby seats that I've reviewed.

Don't let the price put you off. Just resell it after your baby is beyond the recommended weight limit!
