RUFFLED BABY BEDDING

I would love to use this pink and green ruffled baby bedding set for a baby girl's nursery that I am decorating but I was wondering if someone with experience might offer some advice on using a ruffled crib skirt. Should I wait until my client buys the baby bed before I recommend the crib set to be sure that the bed will accommodate the ruffles of the crib skirt?

This new mom has told me that she wants the most frilly, feminine baby girl's nursery that I can manage and that in her opinion there is no such thing as too many ruffles or lace. With that in mind, the pink and green ruffled baby bedding set in the pictures should tickle her well....pink. But I don't dare bring it out if there is any possibility that it won't fit her crib because there is not another set of bedding with a ruffled crib skirt like this that I've found.

I would be afraid to recommend this set to a new mother only to have to take it away from her! It's just too unique and you might not find another that is so perfect for what she says she wants. Ruffled baby bedding might not be to everyone's taste, but the picture of the nursery (other than the fluffy, white area rug) gives some excellent ideas on how to decorate a baby girl's nursery with ruffles in such a way that's it's cute without being too syrupy sweet. The combination of the multi-colored polka dots with an almost vintage floral print with roses makes a very interesting pink and green baby girl bedding set.
