Posh Princess Baby Nursery Theme

We went for a whimsical and posh approach for our little Princess' nursery! First we picked a funky polka dot and paisley bedding set to set the tone and color scape!
Next we painted opposite walls pink along with the ceiling and adjacent walls green. We had shades color matched to the bedding!
Next, we had whimsical polka dots painted on the pink and a whimsical paisley print painted on the green. We purchased wooden wall letters at a local Craft store and staggered the large ones above the crib.
The initials were purchased in a smaller size and were painted pink with crystal jewels applied! These were hung by wide satin ribbons above the baby's changing table. The lamp shade that we used was left over from our son's nursery. Ribbons from our chosen color scheme were arranged to decorate the lamp shade, coordinating, colorful buttons above them to give a more feminine look!
We are hoping to add a mini-chandelier and have just had the cushions upholstered for the glider! It is definitely a room for a princess!
