Pink Ballerina Bear Nursery Theme

I began the process of decorating my baby girl's pink Ballerina Bear nursery theme by painting the room cream with a painted accent wall of pale pink leaving the wood floor in it's natural color.

I decorated the windows with cream colored roman shades with a pink satin ribbon to pull them up and down. The baby's bed is dressed with a set of bedding that's not themed ballerina bedding, but a cream crib duvet tied at the top with pink satin ribbon that matches the one that adjusts the window treatments. There is a medallion at the top of the duvet where my baby's name is monogrammed.

The crib skirt is made from a sheer pink fabric with pink satin lining. I made a liner for the baby's bed skirt from pink tulle underneath to support the skirt and make it stand out similar to baby girls' ballet tutus.

Once I had the perfect crib set, I went to work decorating the walls of my pink Ballerina Bear Nursery theme by painting cream polka dots on the walls that are painted a pretty, pastel pink. Wall decorations include a plaque with my baby girl's name written in pink letters that is hung with wide pink ribbon tied in a pretty bow.

Once the Ballerina Bear wallpaper was up, my baby girl's Ballerina baby nursery theme really began to take shape. And of course a soft as silk, cream teddy bear dressed in a ballerina's costume sits in a place of honor on the baby's dresser.

I'm still working on putting the finishing touches on the baby's ballerina room but as you can see I've made a lot of progress and I am having so much fun!
