Best Orange Baby Nursery Ideas and Pictures

After searching far and wide for pictures of an orange baby nursery with a cute set of orange and lime green baby bedding, one of the visitors to my site sent in this example of a predominately brown baby boy’s nursery.

While it did not have the crib set with the color scheme that I was looking for, it did share some ideas for a cool wall painting technique that included orange and lime green as well as chocolate brown and tan.

On the feminine side of the things, this modern orange, white and pink baby room is sure to inspire you to test the limits of this controversial color.

It can be difficult to get an accurate idea of the exact colors that were used on the nursery walls as no matter how advanced they may be in comparison to a few years ago, computer monitors can be tricky and deceptive.

Orange, Brown and Blue Retro Baby Nursery

When planning a design that includes two or more colors in combination like chocolate brown and blue nursery you should paint samples on the wall of the room for reference rather than relying on paint chips.

Please note that an all orange baby nursery may be too much; a pop of orange introduced via an area rug may be all that's needed especially in a small room.

ORANGE BABY NURSERY PICTURE
The pictures don’t show much more than the striped painting, the window treatments and wooden crown molding and trim around the window and door. But there is a tiny sliver of the top of the baby’s bed and baby bedding set that seems to be a light ivory or cream color. The crown molding appears to be painted in a clean white color but as your eyes travel down the wall it morphs into antique white which might be the best choice if you have a burnt orange baby nursery rather than one using bright orange.

Modern Orange and Green Gender Neutral Nursery

I found it very interesting to note that the letters on the nursery wall drop a hint that the room theme is nautical as is indicated by the star and anchor positioned above and below the baby boy’s name. The green and orange striped wall painting is very unique and would be very stylish in a boy or girl's orange baby nursery.
