LIME GREEN and ORANGE NURSERY PICTURE

I found this lime green and orange nursery picture and wondered if anybody could recommend paint colors that would get this look. Is the striped wall painting technique worth doing or would the room look just as nice with solid orange above the lime green on the lower part of the walls?

It's not that I don't want to take the time to copy the stripes in the lime green and orange nursery picture, it's just that I don't know if I have the skill to make the edges of the stripes come out neatly. I'm not being critical but I saw a wall in person that was similar and the stripes were messy. They were even enough, but when the tape was removed it did something to the paint.
