Emily's presence was what ultimately took what was already a lovely bedroom and put it over the top. Tucking her in her big bed made it come to life. This sweet girl looks adorable in red and she will grow up loving and enjoying her bedroom that was decorated especially for her. Those were excellent ideas that all of you put together. Enjoy the little "bug" God has given you.

Like Mary & Al said, the best part about this is that you did it yourself! It's so much more special for your family knowing that Ryan painted the dots on the wall, Amber won an eBay auction to get the crib set, etc. Of course I would expect nothing less from you too, but am so impressed with how it all came out!

What a beautiful room for our first granddaughter. I love the contrasts of the colors. It is so cheerful. What I like best is that you did it and not a decorator. I love your creativity and the budget can be duplicated for other young families.

I think this is the best nursery I have ever seen. I personally am getting sick of over the top girly-princess-pink baby rooms. Its refreshing to see a baby's nursery decorated in "basic" colors with a feminine flair. Its very up to date and if I were to have a girl I would do something like this myself!
