The elegant pink nursery pictures on this page attest to the goal that my baby girl's nursery theme was more or less to not have one at all other then keeping it "pretty in pink".
I wanted a nursery for my daughter that could be romantic yet playful at the same time. I wanted to include pieces that would transition well in the years to come and grow with my baby girl.
Doing my best to keep the room traditional in the sense of using a feminine, pink nursery color scheme, I also included shades of white, cream, and green dramatizing with crystal jeweled accents for added visual stimulation.
To add personal touches, my husband and I built and handpainted a dollhouse bookshelf to use as additional storage space as well as to create a special keepsake that will hold its sentimental value for generations.
In the last of our elegant nursery pictures, you will see that we added a jewel-accented tree decal in the corner of the room that includes both my husband's and my own initials framed in a heart decorated with sparkling rhinestones. To complete the look, we added a crystal chandelier with decorative mini-shades to draw the room together and create a visual focal point that draws the eye upward in our baby girl's dreamland nursery.

elegant pink nursery pictures are DAZZLING! The faux gemstones that you added to the wall decorations give it that little something "unexpected" that resulted in this very stylish princess girl atmosphere that is both feminine and sophisticated.
When you get a moment could you please share more details on the large pink damask designs that are featured on the walls behind the crib? Did you use stencils to paint them or vinyl wall decals? Information on the pink wall paint color and the pretty pink and antique white crib bedding would be lovely as well.
Depending on decorating trends, I can see this room transitioning into a "diva" or Parisian style of decor as your baby girl gets older. But you really don't need my advice, your exquisite
nursery ideas are proof that you will do just fine on your own!
