I pulled most of my baby shower ideas from the title of my favorite Dr. Seuss book: Green Eggs and Ham. Loosely following Dr. Seuss’ recipes, I came up with a menu that featured open faced ham sandwiches topped with colorful strips of pepper and green eggs. Even if the baby’s party is not scheduled close to Easter, you could dye boiled eggs a lovely shade of emerald or Kelly green, write the guest’s name on the eggshells and use them as part of the table decorations.
